 Zhao
Runting, Male, Han Nationality, was born in Shilou
County Shanxi Province in March 1955. He joined the CPC in December
1980. He started his working life from March 1975. He graduated
from SFEI and obtained his Bachelor degree of Finance in August
1982. Mr. Zhao Runtin is a lecturer of public finance and accountant.
Mr. Zhao Runtin was first a part-time and then regular teacher
in Shilou Junior Middle School from March 1975 to October 1978.
He studied, from October 1978 to August 1982, in SFEI majoring
in Finance. From August 1982 to December 1989, he served as
teacher, Teaching and Research Group leader, vice chief and
then chief of Teaching Affairs¡¯ office in Luliang Accounting
School. From October 1988 to December 1989, he was on loan to
the office of Shanxi Provincial Department of Finance. From
December 1989 to March 1995, he became chief member of the office
of Shanxi Provincial Department of Finance. He was appointed
as vice director of the office of Shanxi Provincial Department
of Finance in March 1995. In June 1995, he took charge of Personnel
Education Department of Shanxi Provincial Department of Finance.
From June 1995 to January 2003, he was director of Personnel
Education Department of Shanxi Provincial Department of Finance
(during this period, he pursued and completed the postgraduate
courses of Finance opened by the Science and Research Institute
of Ministry of Finance from August 1998 to December 2000. He
also studied in the postgraduate class for managers and cadres
organized by the Correspondence Department of Central Party
School majoring in Economic Management from September 2000 to
March 2003). He became member of the Standing Committee of the
Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee
in January 2003.
Mr. Zhao Runtin¡¯s other social positions include: Member of
the Standing Committee of Shanxi Learned Society of Finance,
Member of Shanxi Assessing and Examining Committee of Senior
Accountants, Member of China Chartered Accountants¡¯ Association.
