Xue Wenzhi, Male, Han Nationality, was born in Xiangfen County Shanxi Province in December 1956. He joined CPC in December 1974 and commenced his working life from September 1978. He graduated from SFEI and obtained a Bachelor degree of Trade Economics. Mr. Xuan Wenzhi is an professor now.
Mr. Xuan Wenzhi was a replenishing cadre for the former Jiazhuang
Commune of Xiangfen County Shanxi Province from November 1973
to August 1975. He then studied in SFEI majoring in Trade Economics
from September 1975 to August 1978. After graduation, he became
a lecturer in the Trade Department of SFEI up to July 1982.
From August 1982 to July 1986, he served as Secretary General
of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) of the Trade department
of SFEI. And from August 1986 to August 1987, he became Deputy
Secretary of CYLC, and then Vice Director of Students Affairs¡¯
Department of SFEI. From September 1987 to October 1993, he
became Secretary of CYLC of SFEI. From November 1993 to March
1995, he served as Vice Director of Party Affairs¡¯ Department,
Director of Propaganda Department and Secretary of CYLC. From
April 1995 to June 1998, he became Director of the Propaganda
Office of the Party Committee of SFEI. And from July 1998 to
July 2001, he assumed Director of the Propaganda office of the
Party Committee of SUFE. He was Director of University Office
of SUFE from August 2001 to January 2003 (during the same period,
he studied in the Class for middle and young cadres in the Party
School of Shanxi Provincial Committee from September 2002 to
January 2003). In January 2003, he took the office of Deputy
Secretary of the Party Committee of SUFE.
