Zhongchao, male, Han nationality, was born in Linshi
County Shanxi province in March 1957. He joined the CPC in July
1982 and commenced his working life from August 1975. He graduated
from Central Party School majoring in Economic Management and
is a senior political engineer.
Mr. Liu Zhongchao was a part-time teacher in Kong Village Qingxu
County Shanxi province from August 1975 to August 1978. He then
worked in the Committee of CYLC and the Students¡¯ Affairs Department
of SFEI from August 1978 to September 1984. During the same
period, he studied in SFEI majoring in Statistics from October
1980 to June 1983. Afterwards he studied in the Branch directly
under Shanxi Provincial Party School from September 1984 to
June 1986. He then served as Vice Chief, Chief of the Students¡¯
Affairs Department of SFEI from July 1986 to September 1990.
He became Vice Director of the Students¡¯ Affairs department
of SFEI from October 1990 to July 1998 and during the same period
he also studied in the Correspondence Class of Central Party
School majoring in Economic Management from September 1993 to
December 1995. He assumed the position of Vice Director of the
Students¡¯ Affairs department of SUFE from July 1998 to April
1999. He assumed Director of Employment Informative and Guiding
Center for Graduates of SUFE from April 1999 to May 2001 and
Director of Logistics Management Office of SUFE from June 2001
to January 2003. He was appointed Vice President of SUFE in
January 2003.
